Both condos are approximately 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths , and fully furnished including linens, and kitchenware. 4 Adults max. per unit- 2 additional children are allowed. Air Mattresses will be provdided. 6 MAX occupancy. Covered reserved parking and easy elevator access are a plus.

The Condo  is across the street from the World Famous Schlitterbaun Water Amusement Park and walking distance to historic Downtown New Braunfels and a variety of restraunts.
